Ordering & Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. International orders are handled case-by-case — drop our team a line at [email protected] with your country and we’ll quote you a freight cost.
Most metro Australian orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Regional addresses can take 5–10 business days. We dispatch within one business day of payment clearing and email a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and your postcode. We don’t mark up freight — what the courier charges us is what you pay.
Local pickup isn’t currently offered, but we’re working on it. Email us if you’re nearby and we’ll let you know when we can.

Returns & Refunds

30 days, no questions for unused items in original packaging. Faulty or damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded — your choice. See our full Refund and Returns Policy.
Email a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund the same day, and we cover the return postage.
Yes — within 30 days, unused, original packaging. You cover the return postage; we cover the postage on the replacement.

About the Toys

Every toy we stock is age-graded by the maker and meets Australian safety standards. We list the recommended age range on each product page. If you’re not sure, ask us — we’ve handled every product personally.
We only stock toys finished with food-grade oils, beeswax, or non-toxic water-based paints. No solvent-based lacquers, no lead paint, no chemical surprises. If a maker can’t tell us what’s on the wood, we don’t stock the toy.
Mostly sustainably sourced beech, birch, rubberwood, and Tasmanian oak. Each product page tells you exactly what timber it’s made from and where it’s sourced.
Yes — we offer bulk discounts for schools, kindergartens, and family day-care providers. Email [email protected] with what you’re after and we’ll quote you.

Woodworking Blog

Quote up to 100 words with a link back to the original post — that’s fine and we appreciate it. Full reproduction needs our written permission first.
Some of our woodworking posts include Amazon affiliate links to tools we’ve tested. They never change what we recommend — if a tool is bad, we say so. The small commission helps keep the blog free.
